Portal Use Guidelines 

Portal messaging is best for 1) treatment plan clarifications, or 2) a brief 

progress note as requested by your doctor.

If you have new questions or a new health concerns, call the front desk to schedule an appointment or use the portal for an appointment request.  

Fees will be incurred for care rendered through portal.
